If you are reading this letter then you have successfully been added to the remind text alert class for summer 2020 & we received a registration for the summer program for your child/ren and a place has been held for them.
Next week you will receive a welcome letter with the following information…
- Parent Meeting using ZOOM – dates & times TBD – you are asked to please attend one of the scheduled meetings
- Textbook & material pick up – this will happen during the week of July 13th – if you are on vacation another family may sign for your materials – dates & times TBD
- tentative class schedule for the week of August 9th – this may change since we are getting a new administrator for the parish
We will be utilizing remind text alerts & email to communicate to you, so please if you have not downloaded the remind app, please do so today. If you think you missed a text, the app allows you to see every text we send out. Also, the text alerts will appear on the summer program page of the website. https://stclarenj.org/summer-program
Thank you for your patience & understanding. This year is really one for the books & it is also the biggest summer program we have held in 10 years so we are doing our best to make this a pleasant experience for everyone.
