Please complete the application below by July 15th. After filling out the form, the site will take you directly to PayPal to complete the purchase of your 10′ X 10′ Space.
Each Vendor will receive a 10′ X 10′ Space – you will need to bring your own table and or tent if you wish. Each space costs $25.00 – we will only be accepting 20 Vendors. On the form you will see the option to purchase for an additional $15 a wrist band that will give you access to our BBQ Food and Drinks. This is a completely optional addition. The $15 will provide you with 2 wristbands for your space.
We are asking each Vendor to please donate an item from their collection to be raffled off at our event. This item can be dropped off the day of the event when you arrive to set up.
Set Up & Break Down
Vendor Set Up is between 3 and 4:30 PM.
Our Event will run from 5 to 8 PM.
Break down will begin at 7:45 PM.
